EWALD VAN ZYL - Managing Director

Ewald had a longstanding career at Senior Management level in the motoring manufacturing media and communications arena. He dealt with the top management of Blue Chip companies at corporate level, and has a thorough understanding of the corporate infrastructure from top to bottom. He moved into the Private Security Industry with a strong desire to “make a difference” to safety and security in South Africa.

Expertise: Corporate management, Business Management and Planning, Internal and External Communication, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Risk Assessment, Analysis Management, Internal and External Control systems.

JAMES GOCH - Operations Manager

James, hails from the ranks of the electronic installation industry. A well presented, highly personable individual with a keen sense of justice and drive to enforce risk management and provide reassurance to our clients. A hardworking, pro-active and experienced operational leader with an upbeat and positive attitude, who possesses a good team spirit and the ability to see a job through until it is completed. Highly motivated and able to exercise independent judgment in achieving RTR’s vision and mission.

LINDI VAN TONDER - HR

As RTR's office manager, Lindi is responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our office. This includes the organising of people, information and other resources. She ensures that the RTR offices and control centre is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.

Expertise: Office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, Administrative systems, Record Management, Stock Administration, Logistics Administration, Time keeping systems, Rostering.

JOLENE VAN TONDER - GM

Jolene is our General Manager tasked to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and standardization within our company. Her priority is to monitor service delivery and supply chain processes and ensuring that our man power, technology, and service delivery standards operates in accordance with company and industry requirements. She is constantly making sure that quality control measures are carried out properly as a vital element of the supply chain.

Expertise: Design, Execution and Control of Operations, Strategic Planning, HR Management, Resource Management, Asset Management, Customer Satisfaction, Business Process Discipline.

RENIER VAN ZYL - Manager Cleaning

Renier hails from a longstanding career in the Tshwane Metro Police Department. His experience involved working in partnership with the communities he served to maintain law and order. He then started a career in appliance repair and maintenance and quickly became an expert in a wide range of technology appliances. He also served as RTR's logistics coordinator before moving on to our Cleaning division.

Expertise: Criminal Law, Crime Prevention, Security Technology, Team Management, Cleaning Equipment, Services Management, Stock Management, Logistics Coordination.

RIAAN DU PLESSIS - Deployment Commander

Riaan is our Security Shift and Deployment Manager. In his role, Riaan strengthens RTR’s full range of risk and security enforcement services including Security Patrols, Investigations, Special Enforcement Teams, Burglary/Robbery Suppression, Problem Oriented Areas, Risk Assessments, Crime Prevention, and Risk Management.

His experience includes service as a dedicated public servant, member of SAPS Crime Prevention, and various special operations units. He assumed this key position with more than 10 years of law enforcement experience with the South African Police Service.
